Hi!

I have just started posting again after quite an absence.

My fast days are now Saturdays and Wednesdays, as these are the days I am the busiest.

I have had trouble for some while now in keeping fast days low calorie, and I am hoping that posting again in this topic will give me the resolve to not go (too much) over the 500 cals!!

I don't think Saturdays are a very popular day to fast, but I do recall that some people do fast on the weekend. Anyone else today??
Not me, but it's good to know that some of us are wishing you a nice fastday :grin:
I am doing my window fasting now 20:45/3:15. I do this every day of the week. I have done this over a month now and I have gotten into the swing of things. :grin:
I was there with you - my usual (and third of the week) Saturday fast.

Looking forward to crumpets for brunch tomorrow.
Not too many of us then! Hope you all went well. I am pleased to say it was my best fastday in a while, thanks to my new level of motivation I think! Hope it continues...
