Hi all am doing my first weekend fastday since starting this WOE. Was supposed to do my third day of 4:3 yesterday but life got in the way. So am determined to do it today. I usually never have success fasting on days when I am not working but am determined to do it today. Anyone else joining me?

I'm in today. Almost lasted out till teatime - just having a Bovril to keep me going. Then tomorrow I have crumpets!!

Oooh I've got crumpets ready for tomorrow's breakfast too
I'm fasting today, I've made 3 dozen cupcake and a huge carrot cake. It's killing me!!! Only 4 more hours til betime LOL
I was in yesterday until a late dinner time so it was a narrow window fast day. All the best to those still on their fast
