Good morning :-) I'm going to give it a go but have been usless the last month :-( Today is a new day!!! Happy Easter :victory:
I'm in @nursebean had a crappy week so need to put my foot down and fast!! let's hope I stay firm!!
Hi! I have been fasting today, just didn't have a chance to get on the forum before now.

Have had 3 days of Easter and asstd other goodies while staying with my parents (including my mum's rice pudding which is the only time I now eat rice) so decided that today I would attempt a fast. So far so good.

Managed with no food until 5ish when had chicken breast and large salad, with apple for dessert. I have a few cals up my sleeve for small amount of choc before bed - I find I need something sweet then or else have trouble getting to sleep.

Back to Easter goodies tomorrow tho...

Best wishes to other fasters today. :)
It's 7:30pm in Melbourne, dinner is eaten and my baby grandson is down to sleep...yes, baby sitting. :) As fast days go it was pretty good. The weather is getting colder and I notice I'm more interested in food, looking to keep warm I guess. Warmer clothes on fast days. Happy Easter everyone.
I'm fasting today. We went to Leeds Castle yesterday - lovely picnic food yesterday followed by pizza, crackers, cheese and wine in the evening... I NEED to fast today
I'm fasting today too - ready for chocolate tomorrow!
Couldn't agree more @Daffodil I am SOOO ready for chocolate! In fact, I'm really struggling today. I thought I might just give up the fast and eat chocolate a day early. I actually inhaled the creme egg I've got on stand-by. But NO I didn't succumb, I haven't eaten a thing!

Am just about to eat my M&S meal. Think I may need to go to bed early tonight...am like a child looking forward to Christmas. I think I may very well have chocolate for breakfast!!

Bean
