First day back after almost 7 weeks of a fantastic caravanning holiday mainly in Queensland. I managed a few (sort of) fasting days while away, and generally followed 16:8, but I did have rather a lot of chocolate (my greatest weakness) and carby desserts...

I have decided to fast today and Monday and then see what has happened to my weight - I find it hard to judge unless I weigh myself. Might be a bit depressing if I weigh today - I think I have put on a little but hopefully not too much...

Anyway, best wishes to everyone and especially today's fasters. :)
Glad you had a great holiday. I'm in for my usual Saturday fast.
Thanks @Chris P!

Can't believe there was just the 2 of us yesterday!? I did pretty well re fasting. Just had 2 course meal at dinner time - a bit over the 500 cals but I don't worry so much about that now, it's more about having as long a fasting period as I can before I eat and not snacking afterwards!!

Hope your fast was successful too - I expect it was, as I just noticed your progress tracker stats - well done, this WOL has obviously suited you. :D
