I have done the 16 (a bit more actually) and am about to have my usual salmon, avocado, feta, sultana and walnut coleslaw salad (baby spinach, red and green cabbage, carrot, red capsicum, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mint and watercress). Probably easily 500 cal in just that!! Then steak and veg for dinner, followed by dessert of frozen orange - another 500 cal...
Assuming I manage today okay, then that will be a successful weekly challenge too - so hopefully that will help keep me on the straight and narrow.
