Am I alone today?

I'm unusually hungry at 3pm, but trapped in a clinic without even a cup of water. Nm. I must carry on.

It doesn't help that food is constantly featured on Japanese telly.
No your not alone, I am working today so doing a 18:6 day, might end up a complete fast depending on how the day goes.

Sort of. Planning to fast until dinner and then think about it again. Going out tonight and not sure if I want to continue this evening.
Hi I fasted today 5:2 in 8 hr window with fluids until early dinner time. got pretty hungry, ate some nuts. Dinner time was cottage pie out of Mimi's cook book. Have managed better fasts but am within cooee. Scales will tell
