@Minsmum hi waves from Downunder. I have been fasting fluids only and am just tucking into my homemade tom yum soup to break the fast though it isn't many cals and which is blowing my head off it is so chilli hot.

Amazing fast did not think of food all day and just kept up my fluids of tea one coffee and water and a gym session helped I think. Best of luck. Feeling :sleepy:
Well that was a quiet forum fast, just the two of us.... Hope it went well @Gillymary.....love Tom yum soup.
@Candicemarie Min and I are good, enjoying the sun at the local carnival today and chicken kebabs (minus pitta) for tea.....nom nom x
I was with you too. Just joined the forum today although this is my second week of fasting. I hadn't tried weekend fasting until today and I am pleased with how it went. Still under 500 calls (just) and not hungry so should last out the 'longest day'

Weird about my fast. Usually when I fluid fast I lose about 1kg, sure I know it is fluids but this time I had no weight loss at all. First time that has happened to me. I did a gym session so might have held fluid in from that. The tom yum was very salty as well. Oh well fast broken so new day dawned som am just heading onward. Might throw my hat in the ring and fast again tomorrow.

Hello! I am fasting today too! I had my one blow out day yesterday, pizza, red wine and a cream puff. Today I feel really queasy! I didn't drink to excess but the pizza was a bit greasy which probably did it. Feeling hungry though at 9am but i really want to get through today successfully. I am actually finding lunchtime eating works for me as I have shorter resistance time in the evening!
