Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

I thought I would catch the people on the waking up side of the globe and say Hi for a new fasting Saturday, before I head to bed whilst its still Friday.

There isn't normally the numbers of fasters a Monday or Thursday brings, but we are still as supportive as ever.

Saturday I am helping my daughter clear out her flat prior to her emigrating next week. So I am hoping to be too busy to think of food. Also it will be an excuse not to accept her hospitality at lunch time, saving her a bit more money.
I thought I'd shoo-d you off to bed on another thread you are still ya kitty yakking, now, GET TO BED :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy: Don't make me tell you again @Julieathome

Ballerina x
I am off now. I have only just cleared the lads from the kitchen. Preping the meds then off I go.
yes, I'm in, lovely cool day in Melbourne today, just off to do my HIIT. Maybe I'll have enough energy later for a shortish bike ride, but we'll see!

happy fasting everyone!!
Night, night, sleep tight, don't let the bugs bite, :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy:

I'm in today too. Tried to do my HIT this morning but just had absolutely no energy whatsoever, but I managed a small amount. Maybe cos I did so much yesterday morning and evening.
Good luck all.
What are you @Ballerina - the Sleep Fairy to go with @Debs as Insomnia Fairy?? Yin to her Yang??

Am in today - busy this weekend - putting my house in order (literally and metaphorically) and will be too busy drooling over iMac to be drooling over food. (Maybe. )
I wish I was the sleep fairy but hubs is full of cold and now my throat feels like it has razor blades in it so I'm on the sofa in the kitchen tucked up under my heated throw hoping to get some sleep at some point. Julie said on another thread to shoo her off to bed so I just ran round all the threads chasing and threatening her to get off to bed, seems to have worked, must have frightened her, hee, hee

Ballerina x
Nope I'm back. But off again. Now. Bye.
A sort-of-fast today, after a night out complete with chicken and chips at 4am last night, tee hee hee. I'm definitely going to go over my 500 with my evening meal, as I'm having a home-cooked Burn's night dinner with my housemates complete with haggis and other delicious things, but figured I could save up... and if we don't eat til 8, that's 16 hours since I ate that darned chicken ;)
Not going to get many opportunities to fit in fasts next week with exams and various social obligations, so this is my attempt at being semi-angelic in preparation.
Totally cancelled fast, doing it tomorrow. House moving is tiring business. Tomorrow is just a re-packing suitcases day, so it should be easier to fast.
I fasted on Saturday. It's now Sunday. I'm just deciding on brekkie.
