Hi everyone!

Couldn't get on here until now (pooter problems) anyway, because I was so naughty yesterday and just feel general fat, I decided to throw in an extra fast this week. So luckily I worked this morning which acted as a great distraction to munching and then later tonight I ate another Oopsie peanut butter sandwich. It was super tasty!! Ended up with less than 500 cals and only about 9 carbs. All in all, I'd say that was a great fast day!

1800 - 500 = 1200 calories of fat that was used for energy .... 1/3 of a pound ! That's how I figure it. The weight ( actually mass) difference might not show up or it might show more on the scales but old fashioned science and math says ya lost a 1/3 of a pound.
Hi Roscoe - thanks for that!! I seem to have gained 2 and a half pounds since my weigh in on Friday which is most frustrating. Anyway, I hope to do another fast tomorrow AND Thursday. I find fast days really easy these days. I guess i"m a seasoned pro. Do you fast at all? Have you had much success with it!?
