I think I am the first to post on this? Couldn't find another thread anyway.
This is my third fast for the week, making up for last weekend's extreme overindulgence.
In the past I have had trouble doing a third fast in a week, but my resolve seems quite strong so far. It is already 4pm and I have managed with a stick of celery and carrot to tide me over til dinner at 6pm. Am looking forward to that!!
I have just been reading another thread where a number of people mentioned that 4:3 does not give much more weight loss than 5:2. That seems strange if on the non-fast days you stick to your TDEE. I guess I need to look at the topics that discuss this more.
