Ok, putting it out there as I am DETERMINED to do it today after several complete disasters. I have emergency apples and an emergency salad but I would really like to get through on a liquid fast to prove I can do it! SO, here goes!
Cheering you on debs but if the liquid fast doesnt work out,a good old honest to goodness basic fast day will do you fine! Dnt be hard on yrself
Good luck all you super satday fasters, go for it! X
good luck @debs, thinking of you! agree - be kind to yourself!

I am in today too - I do seem to be almost ADFing these days, just because it feels good, and I don't have to think about it too much - down to Ocean Grove to do a few chores, then to swim in the sea!!
Nearly there! Contemplating a dire salad with turkey slices and a small piece of consolation choccy!
Hi folks....OH and I are in today.....in fact poor hubby wasn't too keen today at all & groaned....do I hear dissension in the ranks!!! Slaps @Debs with wet fish again, you WILL do it today Debs.
Can I second the slap with a wet fish please! Come ON @Debs you CAN do it. Like Candy says, praps you should just have normal fasts instead of liquid ones. See if that helps! Come on, were all behind you  :victory:

As for me, I'm fasting again today. Now @jools7 why not grab ADF by the throat and join us in the ADF tent. Come on, you know it makes sense

Hmm not sure about my meal tonight. It's a Heinz stew and dumplings. Not sure how healthy it can be if it's bean in a plastic container for so long...hey ho! I might throw some veg in to redeem myself. I will cook my Hairy meatloaf one day...honest!!

Bean :starving:
Yuk, yuk and yukkety yuk! There is NO way I'm getting a Heinz meal again. What a waste of my calories

Bean :starving:
Aw Beanie was it horrible? Next time try what I am having.... cut a very large tomato in half, then push into the flesh some basil leaves and sliced garlic.Drizzle with a little olive oil and cook in the oven on 150*C for about 35 to 40 mins. Eat with a large green salad. Follow that with a full fat Yeo Valley small yoghurt. Yummy.
Just sticking my nose in to say respect to you girlies fasting today. Hope it all goes well.
I'm only day 2 of my fast but couldnt recommend Young's cod portions enough... You can have 2 (111 calories earch) + LOTS of veggies & still have enough left over for a nice fruity breakfast.. not to mention REALLY good for you! (comes with a sauce already so no extra sauce and cooking oil) cooks in 3 minutes in the microwave...
No I'm not a salesperson for them ! !
Oh yummy, thanks for the recommendation @pintsizeprincess certainly sounds better than my awful thing. Er @Auriga? Isn't that just a tomato with salad leaves?! Love your new avatar by the way xx

Bean :starving:
Finally after months of failed FDs I have completed a successful FD in at 450 cals, thank god!!,
didn't want to say it was a FD incase it was another fail, and I've never attempted a weekend before, thought it would be harder tbh.
really needed it as I've regained nearly a stone since getting to goal last year then giving up.
So am concentrating on control rather than weight loss for now to get me back in the routine, then it know the weight loss will follow, and I so want to be on the maintenance threads.
Hope everyone else did well today.
Hi "yoga" Beanie - yes, you might well be right about ADF - I just seems to be happening anyway, which is always a good thing I think. I've ordered Krista Varady's book, so I might see you in the ADF tent soon!

Happy fasting for those still on the wagon. I had a yummy quinoa, eggplant & squash dinner with fresh bocconcini & basil tomatoes, courtesy of my seaside friend - all home-grown (except the bocconcini & the quinoa) - yum!!
Hey! @jools7 you've just had a meal the like of which I've never tried! Bocconcini? What's that? Never tried quinoa (didn't even know how it was pronounced until I watched MasterChef!!) anyway, I look forward to seeing you in the ADF tent

Well done @Chocobunny your first successful fast...hoorah! You did it. It'll only get easier now won't it! Good luck xx

Can't believe how few fasters there were today. Where is everyone?

Yummy....
Full fat yeo coconut yoghurt, I was singing their praises today with the other gals. @nursebean
Nursey, you've found the nice ready meals, as soon as you're ready to splurge out and DIY it there's loads we can do together.
