Here I am again, continuing with 4:3 to help shift the holiday kilos and in preparation for eating out tomorrow. (And also to compensate for a supper yesterday that put me seriously over my TDEE...)

We have seen a bit of sun this morning, but not sure how long it will be until we have total cloud cover. :(

Best wishes to other weekend fasters!
I'm in with a mini fast, or a reduction in calories by a third. I've not tried this before so I'm excited to see what, if anything, happens from today. This is my third fast day this week. :)
I'm in again just like every other second day!

Was struggling around lunch today but the hunger wave has passed now. Sitting tight at 80KG haven't moved in about 2 weeks. Might throw another fast in to mix things up if I don't see movement in a couple more weeks.

Sunny here today too but freezing cold!
Hello, all.

I am in for fasting today. This is my first weekend day fast. I hope it goes well. Have a good fasting day to all of you who are on the same journey this day.
Hang in there!

I'm in for my usual Saturday/third fast. Only half an hour to go till teatime!

Won't be in next weekend, as we're off to London for a mini-break.
I was in today and its now nearly midnight. Wierd couple of weeks for me. It seems I am either binging or fasting to the extreme. I am in my mums since Wednesday. The house is full of tempting junk, so i have been over my tdees most days, but well under the 500csls on the fast days. I wonder what will happen on my weigh in on Monday :?:
Hi @scubachick, the see sawing between fasting and overindulging is a bit of a concern isn't it - it is something I have been struggling with on maintenance most of the time. Not that I can manage to fast to the extreme tho - usually around 600 cals is as low as I can go. I do love how fasting does seem to be the answer to my weight management issues, but I really don't like feeling hungry at bedtime so do tend to have the extra cals then (generally in the form of chocolate...).

Let us know how the weigh in goes and whether/ when your eating patten changes!

I have managed 3 fasts this week, and have only over eaten and not by much on 1 day, but weight and %body fat are the same after a week (went down but then back up). I know that this is too short a time frame to mean anything, but it is still a bit frustrating to not eat that much all week and not lose weight. (Not that I should be complaining, given my overall success with this WOL and my relatively low BMI.)

Will be eating well today tho - out to lunch to celebrate both our sons' birthdays and I plan to have whatever I feel like, regardless of sugar and carbs!!!! So no complaining by me re weight fluctuations after that!

@Sassy1, those bedtime choccies or toast were my downfalls at mums! She and dad are elderly and needs some care, which I am not used to. I also have my 3 kids running around that needed me too. So I feel like I have spend 5 days looking after 5 pre schoolers on my own. By the time I had them all in bed I had to turn to junk and carbs ad a "treat".
