Yippee ! I think I've managed to start a new topic again.
Yea, I'm window fasting today too. I have actually lost 1 kg in two days, which just goes to show how bloated I was before.
I feel so good on this regime, that I am wondering how long I should keep it up. It is ever so easy! :grin:
It is very quiet now on these pages. Am I the only one fasting? :doh:

I'm doing 16:8 so will be with you for a while! Am very pleased things are going so well for you! It's always great to read about successes on here as it motivates so many people. Keep up the good work...and have a good day!
Well done Margotsylvia, I do my fasts Monday and Thursday,but try and do a few days of fasting from diner to dinner the next day,and feel ok. I also try and limit carbs,which has been ok,I noticed that I cannot tolerate alcohol as well without carbs so I need to be careful.

Like Nutty @Hazlenut20 I too did a 16:8 (do them every day!) so I was with you for some of the day!!
