Fasting today - Sun 10th Jan
10 Jan 2016, 12:16
Surely there must be some others back on the wagon today? My Xmas addition amounts to 1/2 a stone - all of which obviously has to go before I get to record any 2016 progress. Yesterday was my very final hoorah, eating up all sorts of Xmas / New Year goodies I'll be seeing in very small portions, if at all, for quite some time. Today's a fully fledged 500 cal diet day - black coffee, soups & satsumas all the way. Bring it on!
Sunday is a tough day to fast. I treat myself on the weekends. I am going out for brunch shortly!
But, I just wanted to wish you luck! I'll be doing it tomorrow!
@WarriorPrincess not fasting but just having dinner today as I feel that way, duck with celeriac stuffing and lots of veggies. I have enjoyed weekend fasting when I have tried it, so might do Wed/Sunday next week, Thursday I'm entertaining. Yes, get in on, you Sunday faster! I'm sure someone will come out of the woodwork and that 7lbs will be a goner in no time at all, good luck
I'm in today as i realised at 5.30pm i had only had 120 cals all day :victory: so i'll have a healthy dinner of around 300 cals. I get up later on a Sunday so less hours to worry about.
And as it wasn't planned as such i haven't been stressing over it. Iv'e done a few Sundays in the past and i find them easier than midweek.
