Well I'm here and at it again 2.45pm so my day is mostly over. Struggling a bit today, probably because I had Friday and Saturday off. I find I am less hungry after 1 feed day than 2. Might have to give ADF another go, tho often my Fridays have become a fail. It's like TGIF and no more 5am alarms & commuting in the cold at 6am! For 2 days. Best have another black coffee, think of something pleasant, walk the dogs again, go visit my friend and admire their renovating and then I'll stuff veggies in and will no longer have rumbly tummy. Good luck anyone else fasting.
Good luck @GMH am not doing a total fast today as my days are Mon, Wed & Fri but am doing 16:8 on my feed days but if I can manage it I will try to do a complete fast as I didn't have a good week.
Fast 1 of week 3 today..... Best wishes to everyone!
Well thought I was going to go over...by an Apple :-) but when I ate my veggies I was full half way thru and had to leave them...so looks like I'll make it.
I'm in today. Struggling psychologically rather than physically. Doing training (receiving end) which was disappointing, Beloved's away, Diving daughter can't get down due to the weather and it so close until my holidays, but it feels so far.
Just feeling sorry for myself. Need to slap me with the wet fish, finish work, get home and exercise (mad Max) eat then iron in preparation.
But I'm sleepy and hot...
Well done [tag]GMH[/tag} for holding out.
Hang in there Janet you can do this ... nearly there
I am in too, as usual on Sunday. Need to go do some gardening before it gets too hot. Feeling slightly hungry but OK. Will keep well-hydrated and maybe have that lime and soy tuna recipe that @thefastingdoctor posted for supper. It looks yummy.
Here's to a successful fast everyone :clover:  :clover:
It's that difficult hour between 5 and 6pm on a looooong fast day, when food will not leave my thoughts whatever I do. Haddock and probably vegs rather than salad for dinner as it's been a mad weather day here. May have a greek yogurt afterwards but it's more than likely too much calorie-wise. Oh well.
I've done all the paperwork, though the printer is looking to misbehave very soon.
I've done the ironing even though the two year old iron blew up mid-pile and OH rushed me to Dunelms for a new one (I did one of his shirts by way of thanks).
I'm sitting here spilling time ...
Keep in there GMH & janeg you guys are doing great!

judithn I hope you enjoyed the tuna/cauliflower rice dish if you made it :)

Azureblue well done, you're almost at the end of the day :)

I had an impromptu fast day today but I agree with GMH, find it much easier to do after only one non-fast day compared to two. Went for a swim with my brother & then inspired by Moogie's blog & created a fast day fry-up which felt like such a treat, I couldn't even believe it was a fast day meal! 'Recipe' is on the blog (it's not really a recipe, but just a method of making it so that it's less than 500 cals).

Going to watch something in bed & hopefully send myself off to peaceful slumberland in a bit.

Happy fast day!
