hi fellow fasters!

anyone in today?

it's my first day back in Aus after 3 weeks OS, so it's nice to touch base again with a more regular routine and more familiar fast-day food.

lovely day for a bike ride, so I'll get out in a little while, after making some indian-spiced lentil & vege soup - it's turned into winter since I was away, so I'm happy to be able to eat soup again!

happy fasting everyone! and happy mothers' day for those of us in Aus (& elsewhere)
Hi jools, i ' m giving it a go today to try and make it a 4:3
Usual day is Monday tho and not sure if i want a back to back :?:
So far i' m in anyway so youre not alone x good luck! :like: :clover:
Ps whats OS? X
I am in today also. Hope to do a liquid fast but will see by the end of the day. Didn't have a proper fast day last week and it shows (on the scale :frown: )
Good luck everyone. :clover: :like:
sorry, @candicemarie, OS is Aussie slang for overseas - anywhere is overseas from here, even Tassie! Maybe "abroad" might be the equivalent in Britain??
16:8 today just about to have a curry, Dahl and various side dishes. My rice is of the cauliflower kind. Enjoyed my Mother's Day have DS home for dinner.

Happy. mothers Day for the Aussies.
I'm in for today.

This will technically be a 3:4 for me as I've already had 3 days last week back to back (I don't make a habit of it)

Anyway hey all :)
I am in today and feeling very tired after overeating yesterday....we had house guests and ate A LOT! Quite relieved I can take it easy on the food today. Happy fasting.
How's everyone doing or done?
Its 430 ish here inj uk,my usual time to have a slimma soup but I've had a small bunch of grapes instead and they've really revived me x i know theyre described by someone ( MM? ) as little bags of sugar but they must do some good..traditionally they're given to patients in hospital!
Cottage pie for dindins yum yum xx @auriga i agree,it feels quite pleasant to rest the old tum doesn't it! X
I am doing better than I thought Candice . Going to have a little chicken with loads of veg later. Good luck everyone.
yay yay yay!!! I am so chuffed with myself. I finally did it again!! I am probably not quite my 416 kcal that I should be (I'm prob about 6-700) but it's getting me back in the swing. Was just about to ruin it totally by having something treat like when I just decided to go out with my bike and the dog. Worked a treat, treat desire gone, feeling good. Tomorrow I am aiming for a proper fast, I want to fast Mon, Wed, Fri next week.
Well done @debsie don't spoil it at this late stage of the day! And good luck for the coming week x
