Fasting today, Sunday 13th July
13 Jul 2014, 07:28
Is there anyone with me today?

This is my last ADF day of my first ADF week! Basically, I am doing a 4th fast of the week in advance of my holidays next week.

I am a bit inclined to back off today, so I could use the company.
I'm with you scubachick, we can do this, yes we can!
well done you. Persevere! Only on first fast of week 3 today, but fasting with a yucky cold virus so that is a new twist.... Salmon later yum.
I'll keep you company @scubachick & @Azureblue :like:
Just to make sure you actually make it to the end of your fastday just think about your holiday that should be your motivation yes you will make it to the end of the day
but I'm not doing a true fast as such mine will be a 20:4 then a proper fastday tomorrow. Good luck :clover: :clover: :clover:
I am in today for maintenance after my hols....really missed fasting.
Good luck Sizzling Sunday fasting friends!
@scubachick well done! How did you find it? I did it once, was a bit overwhelmed by it,but wd love to try it again when i summon up some more determination!
Happy hollibobz to you xx
@eyup get well soon xx
@auriga isnt it astonishing how we can miss fasting? Who knew!
I guess we miss the good way we feel when in repair mode rather than the fast itself! X
Thanks CandiceMarie. Hmmmmmm, will I get to MISS fasting??! Nice thought, that it becomes such a good feeling that you miss it! Post evening meal now so have to resist having extra mouthfuls before bed!! Best wishes to everyone else still on today x
Well, I am just about done for the day. I went a bit over with 597cals, but then I spent an hour wearing the 24lb toddler and walking around town.

Is it just me that has to clean the whole house before going on hols? I have yet to pack the car, but beds are changed, kids washed, fridges, ovens, laundry and bins are all done. I will do bathrooms in the morning. Phew, hope the hols are worth it!

Hope your Sunday fasts are much more relaxing!
Well done on the weight lifting @Scubachick lol :like:
No you're certainly not alone with the holiday spring cleaning whatever time of year it is by the time D day arrives for me I'm well and truly kn*****d and as there's no one else in the house while were away whats the point?
Great to come home to a nice clean tidy house though with of course just a mountain of washing + ironing lol
Seriously though enjoy your holiday you work hard all year for this moment so you deserve a little
rest + relaxation.
Have a good one. :clover: :like:  :clover: :like:
I managed 23 hours fasting and then ate two slices of organic cheddar cheese as I made dinner of salmon fillet with many veggies and a pat of butter on top, followed by natural live yogurt, and later a decaff coffee with a milky splash. More like 'Eat, Stop, Eat' than Dr MM!
I'm looking for a sustainable pescatarian way of eating without stressing my body, using IF and no gluten/sugars.
Perhaps I'm just old and addled :0,
Talk about a late posting!

It would seem I have been in today! It wouldn't occur to me to eat anything before midday these days......and then when you are running around here & there, doing errands out & about.....before you know it, it's 4pm and you are a little peckish!

Had a teeny tiny chicken, coleslaw & tomato sandwich (2 ultra small slices of seedy bread) 6 hours ago now and am just drinking a cuppa tea.....so I guess that might as well be me done for the day - hurrah! It's been a while since I managed a 4:3!

Hope it's gone well for everyone xx
