I'm back in for my usual Sunday. First of three. Only managed two last week
*must do better*
Body still conspiring against me; I think I have reached a weight where it is comfortable and has decided to keep me here by making me very hungry and somewhat lacking in will power.
I am eating like a horse on ordinary days and it's not that healthy.
Hoping for a better week as it's only a fortnight until my holidays
Going to the "Game of Thrones" season finale tonight which is being shown on the "big screen" at some local cinemas. Very excited, love that series.
Good luck with your fasts everyone (or two )

I'm feeling your pain janeg. My eating on feast days has gone through the roof. I've decided to do eating windows on feast days in the hope that I might get calorie consumption more under control. It worked well yesterday. I've been thinking on and off for the last hour or so that I might change today's fast to an eating window. My resolve is low right now.
Third fast of the week.....if you always think of Monday as the beginning of the week, that is!
Just off to eat my soup...hurrah!
Hope it's been OK for the rest of you xx
