Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

Hi! I am intending to fast today. Last fast was Wednesday and I feel that after 3 days of eating out, I "need" to fast today, rather than wait until tomorrow.
Will anyone be joining me?
I am about to go out for the afternoon, so that will keep me occupied until dinner time. :)
Best wishes to any other fasters. :D
Hi @Sassy1, hope your fast day goes well. I'm with you today too. I'm not normally a Sunday faster so posting to hold myself accountable. It's a lovely sunny day here and a bit of a revelation for me to realise I don't need to include eating with abandon to enjoy it ... (It would be nice though)
Hi @Roglow, I am only just checking back in after the busy day I have had. Hope your day went well and you enjoyed the sunshine. I did feel really hungry this evening so I did go over the normal fasting day cal limit, but I am happy enough with that. I am not really looking to lose weight, just ensure I don't put any on!!
Best wishes. :)
Thanks @Sassy1and @Roglow sounds like you did well. I normally fast on Mondays - I'm fasting today because tomorrow I have an evening meeting over supper. Fizzy water to hand and the kitchen door is firmly closed  until dinner, poached egg on spinach with anchovy - I'm keeping it very simple today.
Good luck Sunday fasters :clover:
Good luck feisty sunday faster @lizbean! :like:
Well done you aussies, you will have finished now and another fast n repair day done and dusted! X
Thanks @CandiceMarie - looks like it's just me at the mo, now Sassy1 and Roglow are sleeping ..... off to brew up.
Am with you in spirit @lizbean! :like: :clover: :victory: x
I'm in today too - and almost up to the easy bit already. I always feel if I can get to 2pm without a calorie I'm pretty safe, & if I can get to dinner without breaking the rules then I'm home & dry. And a 500 cal day will make 1800 tomorrow a real feast! Good luck other Sunday fasters.
Count me in with the Sunday fasters. This is Day 1 of the new me! I have half heartedly tried fasting before, but never gave it time to work. I look forward to getting to know you all.
Another fast completed and off to sleep in the next hour - well that is the plan  I actually found it much easier fasting on a Sunday rather than Monday. I did not expect that. Hi @Lori welcome back, if you have not already posted there is an introduce yourself thread for newbies and returners where you can let people know you are back. Earlier in the summer there was a returners thread but I have not seen it for a while. Good luck with your first fast day - here's to you putting your whole heart  in this time round. :clover: you can do this :victory:
@WarriorPrincess - not sure what time it is - but hope you get/got to dinner time in one piece!
