16 Mar 2014, 05:03
Morning peeps
Who'se in today?
First of three as usual for me, although travelling and working at the end of the week might sabotage those plans.
Anyway, one day at a time! Fluids 'til tea time then poached eggs and something. Maybe puy lentils as I finally found some.
Hope evryone has a good one
:clover:
Happy fasting @janeg. Still Saturday here so now signing off my fast day and going to bed. Next one will be Monday for me if I keep on keeping on :like:
In for my usual Sunday fast. Still stuck at a plateau and considering moving up to 4:3 this week but will see how things go. Ate way too much last evening so looking forward to that "fasting feeling". Tummy still very full at present. Good luck everyone :clover: :like: :clover:

Enormous curry last night so happily fasting today :0)
Go go go Scintillating Sunday Fasters! XxX
Hi all

I'm joining you today. Have eaten quite a bit over the past two days so a fast is needed despite being in maintenance. Plus some of my trousers are a bit too snug so I think I need to be a bit more careful for a while.
Have a good fast everyone.
Oh @Meadow43 I LOVE your avatar!! So cute!

Well, theres not many of us in here today is there. I'm doing my Sunday fast following my delish first-time Hairy cooking of a meatloaf...very filling! (Mind you, I did have TWO portions  )

The sun is shining today and no food shall pass my lips until this evening when I shall resort to my M&S cajun chicken jambalaya. Cant wait!

Hope today's fast goes well for you all xx

Bean :starving:
...and it ended up being poached eggs on puy lentils. Yummy. Will be having that again
Hey @janeg congratulations in your 200th post

Bean
well, I never...
that's a lot of drivel I've written :)
I'm signing in a bit late but I've been fasting today. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get through the day but I've kept myself busy. Had some chicken and vegetables and nearly baulked at the amount of calories a quarter leg of chicken has but I've eaten it now so too bad. Also popped a roast potato in there so I've probably near well blown my 500 cal allowance. And before that I had half a honeydew melon. Now I've just got to get through the evening!
Well the fast is nearly over. Roll,on tomorrow and lots of FOOOOOOOD

Bean :starving:
