I had a busy day and kept putting off when I would first eat - and made it to dinner time without having eaten. I did feel hungry at times, but while out gardening and when visiting friends, I wasn't able to eat so that helped a lot!
I had my usual lunch for dinner (salmon salad with a few seeds, nuts and feta) which I found more filling than when I have it at lunchtime....??! Happy with that though I did allow myself a slice of the local bakery wholemeal cob loaf (not allowed on FODMAP, but oh well) that is just so filling and so yummy.
Any other Sunday fasters?
