I have decided to fast on Sunday instead of Monday this week as I am going out for lunch tomorrow. I know that Sunday is not the most popular day for a fast but I hope there will be some other people joining me.

I am a bit worried abiut fasting on a non-work day but I shall try and keep myself busy. I have some work to do this morning and a mushroom and broccoli soup to make. In the afternoon I'll go for a swim or a longer walk depending on the weather.
