Fasting today - Sunday 19 July
19 Jul 2015, 18:09
Just totted up my calorie intake for today and as it was under 500 have decided to make today my FD instead of Monday. Very hot here in Cyprus so I am drinking litres of nice cold water with lots of ice cubes which tends to make me feel full. Still managed to eat scrambled egg and bacon for brunch and chicken with cooked vegetables for my evening meal. No cheating as still weighing and recording everything on CC!
Oops, I think everyone went on a Sunday vacation. Hope you had a good day. x
I didn't have time to post yesterday, but I did fast successfully. Swapped from today as am lunching at a friends today. Also, a busy Sunday made it easy to fast - in the garden for the morning, as the day was bright though cold, G&S performance in the afternoon.

I don't think Sunday is a particularly popular day for fasting!
