Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

Am I really the first? I couldn't find a thread with today's date, but apologies if I have missed it.

I brought forward my fast because of over-indulgence last night, after a stressful tiring day, where I just had a succession of snacks cos I couldn't be bothered to cook. Hmmmmm....

Hope other Sunday fasters - I am sure there will be some - go well! :)
Hi @Sassy1, quiet in here, isn't it??

Yes I'm fasting today too, just about to have my usual fast day dinner of salmon & veges, after yesterday's birthday carb indulgences!

A bit behind in my exercise, since I've been workshopping all weekend, but I'll fix that tomorrow.

Good luck, Sunday fasters!
Blimey, just the three of us?! That's a record isn't it?! And boy do I feel lonely because you two have almost finished

Anyway, I am most pleased today because I think I'm heading for 11:6 tomorrow which means I'll FINALLY,finally be lighter than I was before Christmas...hoorah!

Onward with my fast. Just a humble chicken and asparagus risotto tonight :)

Hope your day is going well xx

Joining you gals after my fast on Thursday went down the drain. Busy Sunday ahead and no unhealthy snacks left at home (my 3 brothers came over for dinner and cleaned my cupboards out - sweet! (who said brothers aren't useful hahaha!)
I am in for a fast today and actually looking forward to it. Out for dinner last night and still feel full. I tried a day of 16:8 yesterday, i.e. didn't eat until late afternoon and finished eating by 10 pm last night. Hope this prevents a gain today...haven't got the courage yet to see what Mr. Withings (scale)has to say....

Good luck all with your fasts :clover:  :clover:
Good luck you Sizzling Sunday Fasters, have a good one! X
Hello there fellow Fasters - There's just something saintly about Fasting on a Sunday when you know that all around you there are folks stuffing their faces (like I did yesterday for example  )

Have a good day, I've got the usual fizzy water and ready meal
Sizzling?! Like sausages? Oh Candy, how could you...on a fast day?!

I'm randomly in today after I had a girly night in last night with FAR too much food! I don't regret it though, I'll just make up for it today :) good luck all x
I'm in today as well, good luck everyone! I have to get back on track after 2 weeks of failed fasts, too much food and way too much drink. Time to treat my body like a temple again and get back down to 9st 1lbs by the end of this week! Fasting today, tuesday and thursday in the hopes of meeting this goal by friday.

I'm desperate to be under 9st before I go home for the easter holidays, which is four weeks away. Seems doable...
I fasted yesterday, first in a long time. It's 11:00 am here and last meal was about 12 pm yesterday..so plan to wait another hour or two. It was a fairly easy day. Plan is to lose another 14 lbs or so.
