It has a spinach flavour and doesn't have that bitter undertones of regular spinach. It is "meatier" than spinach or silver beet ( we call that Swiss chard) and doesn't cook down like they do. Quite satisfying, I will probably try it again if I ever see it. I looked online for recipes and it is used a lot in Indian and other Asian cuisines. I might try a curry next time.
Give it a try if you can find it.
Meanwhile, I think I've gone over my 500 fast day calories. Oh well, at least it was healthy stuff.
