Anyone fasting with me today?
Me probably - back to work from hol tomorrow, and also end of throat infection so don't really feel like eating!
Good luck ladies. I hope its a smooth day for you.
Xxx julianna
Good luck Karen and SD and all fabarooney fasters today! Have a great day! X
I'm in. Off work no' well. Slept all morning so it'll be an easy fast. Hope you're doing fine Karen and silver
Just had a round of toast with loads of butter
@Ballerina won't be pleased, but my excuse is a raw throat - went down a treat, and all that butter made me feel a heap better :victory:

Back on the wagon now :dazed: :starving:

@janeg hope you're felling better soon - if you've had what I've had, much sympathy pinging over to the sandpit!
I'm in today. I went to a wedding yesterday, though to be fair I reckon I was well within TDEE.
I've got very little to get to my goal weight and I may as well get on and lose it!
Good luck Sunday fasters
:clover:  :clover:
Just did an hour in the gym of tough plyometrics (basically jumping squats and lunges). Did not want to break my fast so had one of those nasty protein shakes afterward. Feels like a waste of calories but listening to my body and so far - not hungry
I might be, she said, enimatically!
I have had a really bad stomach (you don't really want to know any more) and so I didn't eat much yesterday and we've cancelled a birthay lunch out.
I have had a rasher of bacon, a pork, cider and apple sausage and an egg. That might be it today, depending on...... things!!!
Not a recommended way to lose weight.
Get well soon penny! X

Get well soon! But I bet you secretly weigh yourself tomorrow...........
Sunday is a usual fast day for me but I was so discouraged by a 0.5 lb. gain last week, I was considering trying a 36 hr. water fast. Happy to report 1 pound loss today so on to 500 cal day.

I have been on the program 10 weeks today and have lost 13.8 lbs (almost a stone, but we don't use that term this side of the "pond"). It is the easiest WOE I have ever tried and I think I can continue it. Good luck everyone and happy fast day.

Wow. Well done @judithn :like: good luck for today :clover:
Hungry. Ate all my calories by lunchtime as trained heavy. I reckon a night of insomnia beckons, especially with this storm blowing. :curse:
Gave up today as felt increasingly ropey as day went on - and felt better once more toast was consumed! Now watching strictly, which always cheers me up!

And tomorrow is another day ... :victory:

Hope Penny and Karen feel better soon ...
