I'm fasting again on a Sunday it seems... Now that I'm finally under 70 Kilos, I want to keep it that way - although I really don't want to get obsessed with the numbers... Wondering if I should just not weigh myself for a while ... Anyway, going to make coffee...
Planning to do to the gym later, coffee with friends and then a bit of dancing...
Maybe a bit of soup for dinner or just coffee/tea/water all day - we'll see
