Fasting today Sunday 30 July
30 Jul 2017, 09:49
Hi

I don't expect many fellow fasters today being a Sunday! It is not a day I would normally choose to fast - but I needed to fit an extra one in this week. I was working for part of the day which kept me nicely distracted from food. A big plate of veggies for dinner tonight and a small homemade chia pudding.

cheers
Good for you! I should join you because I just came back from a few days of travelling and ate badly! I think I'll see how the day goes!! :)
