WEEHAA! the sun is shining after 3 weeks of rain! I am here fasting. Just had coffee # 1 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Bought some herbs and tomato plants yesterday so I shall plant them today and hope the possum doesn't eat them. Apart from that lazy day planned, walkies with 1 dog and the other 1 in his new dog pram  hope everyone has a great day, especially those fasting :like:
I am in after a short sleep. Many social events coming up this week. Hope I can sort it all and manage 2 fasts but will see how it goes.
Going to be the most challenging week in a long while but hoping to stay the course. Wish me luck fasting buddies.

Good luck everyone. :clover: :like:  :clover: :like:
Happy fasting @GMH & @judithn may the fast be with you

Question GMH is a doggie pram for a dog that can walk far. I have one of those so when I get around to walking I will have to leave her at home cause she is old and weary. Just lost our other big boy who was the one I used to walk.

I was looking for the sat thread to report a successful fast yesterday. It is very quiet here today on forum
@gillymary yes dog pram is for Danny since he did his cruciate, so feel bad leaving him home whilst I walk Humbug, so bought pram off EBay (sturdy dog pram is really made of 'Chinese Cobwebs' ), but it'll be fine till he recovers from operation. No walking for 4 weeks, or chasing the cat or running and barking at things that go bump on the street  fast going OK tho I can't wait for tomorrow, or better still my 3x1000 maintenance, should it work.
Just to wish :clover: to those of you fasting today. I'm 4:3 (M-W-F) so today isn't a fast day for me but I intend to have one of my occasional weekend modified fast days (<800kcals).

Defrosting the freezer this morning so I'll be on the lookout for fish or vegetables that I can use up in a low cal soup/stew.
Good luck guys! :like:
@GMH wd love a photo of Danny in his pram, and Humbug if poss! What breed (s) are they?
@CandiceMarie I'll try to work out how to do it from mobile device. They are both rescues...at a guess Danny is Doodle, came as a Cavoodle but no way, Humbug I think is a Tebetan Spaniel, black and white.
Closing out a reasonable modified fast day and going to bed. :)

4x lots of laundry, defrosted the freezer, steam-cleaned the freezer/dishwasher/washing machine and oven as well as the kitchen bins, sinks and drains. I ran out of time so only managed to bake some fish muffins for during the week but prepared some hummus, chickpea soup, and vegetable soup for packed lunches.
