Fully expecting to be on my lonesome today!
did swither about fasting this morning then remembered the challenge. Thanks @Julianna.RiversSo off I go. Busy day decorating again, fuelled by caffeine, water and Bru til tea time.
Anyone else in?

I'm in too. Bread makes me hold water and I'm not that keen on it. Yesterday though a packet of breadsticks took my fancy. Completely forgot they were bread, just thought of them as healthier than a packet of crisps. Then got up 1.5lbs heavier this morning!
Well, I'm hoping it's water & will be gone tomorrow!
Yup, I'm in today. 500 cals...hmm. I started this morning, unwisely, by watching a program on the new popularity of ramen cuisine in the US. So, I made up a weird breakfast of lettuce with balsamic vinegar, about 1/2 c. edamame spaghetti, 1 tsp. butter, and a softboiled egg and some raw almonds. I don't know for sure about the calorie count for the edamame spaghetti, but it is pretty light weight. So I'm just gonna say I probably am in the 200 cal. range. Close enough! :grin:
For drunch (late lunch, early dinner), I have planned baked homemade eggplant parmigiana and vinegar dressed spinach. I made the parmigiana last week, and it came out really tasty. I'll just have to get a serving and wrap the other part up and move heavy furniture in front of the fridge! :bugeyes:
There is a trip to a wedding coming up next weekend, so I want to fast today, Tues., and Thurs. I probably won't have too much trouble holding the line next weekend, but I don't want to bounce backward either. :razz:
