Hi All
Fasting today which is my first ever Sunday fast. The season has my routine, and many others completely upside down.
DH is home, which will make resisting lunch difficult but I feel so bloated and yuck from all Ive eaten over the last week and the lack of a fast that I think I can hold out til ham salad for dinner.
Hoping everyone else is getting back into routine before New Year hits and routine goes out the window again
I am trying again today as yesterdays (Saturdays fast failed). So wish me luck.
I'm in today! I need to squeeze 2 fasts in before going camping and kayaking on the 1st for 3-4 days. I don't want to have to explain myself just yet, plus meals will be planned in the moment, so I thought it easier to fast at home where I know what to expect

If you are kayaking and camping you won't be able to eat enough to make up for calorie usage. well that's my experience of doing both.
I'm easing off the fasting since we still have a heap of social engagements, but I'm definitely on the 16:8 train, so no food for me until at least 1pm.

Good luck to everyone fasting though xx
Yes @Julieathome I think you might be right :) I am looking forward to the change in routine for a few days before going back to work!
This is turning to a long, long day! 42 degrees Celcius in my neck of the woods and the mercury is still rising!
In today for my usual Sunday. Good luck to all especially if it's not your usual day. :clover:
Back on track, sort of, with my usual Sunday fast. Only one social (read "eating")holiday event left in a New Year's Eve potluck dinner at a friend's place. Hope I can keep the food and drink to something reasonable. Meanwhile looking forward to a calm day with tea and <500 cal.
Good luck, fellow fasters :clover:  :clover:
