Fasting today, Sunday, July 12
13 Jul 2015, 00:27
A bit belated:
My intention was to get back to MWF 4:3 after my guest left, but after a bad weigh in on Saturday morning, I decided that I had to fast on Sunday. Also I wanted to get three in before Friday, since I have plans on Friday and Saturday this week. So… SunTuTh probably this week and next.

Anyway… I had the best fast day in awhile yesterday. Only just over 300 calories. I've been letting too many calories sneak in during the day lately, so I tried not to eat at all between my soft-boiled egg breakfast and dinner. It went really well. I didn't even feel that hungry. It really helps to stay physically busy…

Anyway… Good luck Sunday fasters if there are any!
How do you keep fast? I can't do like you.. I am very hungry
it took awhile to get used to, and I definitely still go through phases where it is more difficult that other times. Drink lots of water and zero calorie drinks, don't eat carbs, try to stick with vegetables and protein.
