Are you getting any rain in the shoalhaven? We had a bit this morning which was very welcome. The garden drank up every drop! Looking forward to lots tomorrow!
I might have a small can of tuna or a boiled egg for dinner, making my total calories for the day 550 but since breakfast was a bacon sandwich I really dont think I have done too badly.
Actually, I feel up for it today, and knowing that it's the last chance this week for me to claim back an unsuccessful fast earlier in the week, sabotage isn't an option!!
Let's do this shiz
What a lovely group to share a fasting day with, all the best... Mine had to be altered as I could not resist taste testing OH's lamb tomato and onion fritters so must be 500 at least, oh well close, was really good until 7pm. Have to sort dinner for DH nod the day before from now on
Night zzzzzzzzzz

They sure are amazingly similar stats gillymary
The fritters sound too good to pass up.
Be that as it may, I bought a ginormous cauliflower and am about to decimate it into rice with my little whizzing machine - it'll only take about 6 goes, I reckon. Keep me busy though - I'm trying to hold off eating till about 6pm. Bought myself a naughty ready-made curry (chicken & spinach. Slurp!) to go with the cauli rice - only adds up to a bit more than 500 cals. Can't wait!

I read somewhere once that shops purposely put their bakery section where the waft can waft everywhere and tempt those wafting the wafts into buying the source of the waft!!
Naughty innit..
I am keeping it low carb too: a packet of smoked salmon and cream cheese canapes at 3.3pm, and bacon and eggs for dinner. Yum.
