@WestLondonChick, I just noticed your location. I lived in Ruislip for a few years!
I am going to make baked eggs and baby spinach tonight ( basic recipe from the skinny tastes website) for dinner. I am adding some bacon medallions and garlic using Parmesan instead of the other Italian cheese because that's what I have and using spring onion instead of shallots because again I have those. Ihope it taste ok.
I'm in today! Got past the trickiest part - a breakfast at work. Hoping to lose for the summer!
I'm in although still spreading 500 cals through the day with brekfast (boiled egg/melba toasts) lunch (miso soup with additions) and dinner (whatever I've got enough calories left for. I know it goes against all the advice but I cannot go all day with nothing!
A little late in the day but I am in today. Good fasting everyone
I normally wait until dinner to have my 350-500 calories (that's what the tracker says - 5ft 2ins) but today I bought the 'souper food soup' from Pret - they seem to range from 120 to 150 cals - sometimes veg other days non veg. The soups are lovely and you feel like you have had a meal. Todays souper food was broccoli, shredded chicken and a bit of rice in a stock (sorry veggies). Hope that is helpful for those who have a Pret near them. There seems to be one on every corner in London. Good for feast days too. I do get so fed up with sandwich shops as I'm trying to low carb and can't get my act together to do a packed lunch, perhaps that's my next to do.

So, off shortly to make dinner - a bit of poached haddock, cherry toms, basil, chard and grilled mushrooms - with shaving of parmesan.

I'll dip into the fashion tent after dinner as I see my buddy @spanner has visted. I hope you all had a good day - I'll be here next Thursday too.

My baked egg and spinach was lush. It was only 333 cals so I added some grated carrot and had a diet cream soda (from sainsburys).
