I've swapped my workdays this week so usually I'm at home on Thursday, running around cleaning, shopping, washing and I find fasting quite easy on those days. But today I'm at my desk and a half day conference this afternoon where there will be lunch, afternoon tea, etc.... I had a 19:5 eating window yesterday which was surprisingly easy but not something I want to do every day. Perhaps I should look at mixing it up to get rid of those pesky 2-3 kilograms that I gained earlier this year and can't seem to get rid of. Anyone joining me today?
Hi @Wmr309 - I am with you today.
I fast on working days as I find that I am busy and can keep my mind off food. I think if I was home I would be tempted to wander to the cupboard to see what I could snack on :-) But it is hard when there is a meeting or a conference so I sometimes swap my fast days around so I can eat the conference lunch.
I hope you made it through your day OK!

cheers

Thanks @MerryMelb. I went to the conference and only had coffee. I'd told a colleague prior to leaving, who was also fasting but stayed behind, that I was fasting and felt that I couldn't give up when I got there. It was buffet style, standing up eating, so it was fairly easy. Felt pretty strong! I fasted for 25 hours with only three coffees and about 200-250 ml milk, then had small piece of chicken fillet, garlic and chilli green beans, one potato and a glass of red wine. Looking forward to getting on scales tomorrow (not something I've said for a while).
BruceE and I are in :-)
I'm in for my usual Thursday light day. 11:30 am here, having my green tea now; tummy feeling rather hollow, but just staying busy (I work from home) and it'll pass. Probably have a glass of water with fiber in it soon; that seems to help with the empty tummy (and also with possible, ahem, digestive slowdowns).
