Anyone fasting today?

I'm doing something new, I had a large lunch yesterday and didn't feel hungry last night, so will try to not eat until this afternoon and just see how I go, but not worry too much if I go over 600. Anyone else tried this?

Good luck to all :clover:
It looks like its just the two of us today @Egduf
I have some filling spicy home made soup left over from yesterday, and I'll have a small portion of the Chicken and Chorizo casserole I'm making for tonight, with a big bowl of steamed green vegetables.
I feel like I'm back into it again now. If I go over 500 cals it is still better than not fasting at all.
Anybody else out there fasting today ? :clover:
Yes, I am fasting today. Thursday is my regular maintenance fast. At the moment I seem to maintaining a couple of kilos above my maintenance range. sigh!! :frown: There have been so many situations recently, where I have been unable to avoid carbs and otherwise control what I've been eating. I've fasted a lot this summer and even Autumn, so I've decided to give extra fasting a break for now. I did notice, that now that I have gotten back to my own routines at home, my excess weight is dwindling by a 100 g a day  Without fasting! So naturally I'll be waiting to see, what tomorrow will bring... Low carb Quiche Lorraine and salad for supper tonight. Haven't eaten anything yet today. Luckily the day has gone quite fast since I have been busy
Fasting today as well! I ate a couple of servings of reeses minis last night before bed, so I figure I won't even be hungry until well after lunch today.
Hi, I'm in as well! I had home-made vegetable soup for lunch, and will be having baked fish and veg for dinner later tonight. Hope everybody's fast day is going well
I'm in for the U.S. contingent! No coffee today :frown: (on homeopathic remedy, don't want to antidote), having my tea now. Will do the usual, broth etc. Weighing weekly for now, and tracking light days on MFP to keep on track. No point fasting if I'm not doing it properly. Regaining a few pounds shocked me out of complacency...
Today has gone well, I kept busy doing housework and sorting out my drawers. Dinner eaten, now looking forward to low cal Hot Choc and The Apprentice on TV. Much easier to Fast without food programmes on.
Good luck everyone still fasting :clover:
i've been fasting today too. Today I had lasted until 5pm for my first food.
I've been fasting today. Nothing eaten all day until 7pm when I had a small baked salmon portion, rice and vegetables. Unfortunately, I then remembered the apple and sultana slice which I bought at the WI on Tuesday. It kept calling my name, so I had a very small piece and enjoyed every crumb! Regrets, I have no regrets!
@Egduf and fasting fellows. Yes I have fasted! Stressful work day pushed my off centre, I have survived. It's 1am I am in need eggs for supper, poached! First food today, yum x
Best wishes to all :clover:
