Happy fasting day to all
I usually now fast on Fridays to maintain, but we're going away to a kinda camp on Friday, so changed my fast day to a Thursday, where I can control what I eat.
Sallyo, I had my morning coffee first, before my morning yoga. Usually I always do yoga before breakfast (on an empty stomach) so it was nice to do it more leisurely.
Sallyo, I know you walk. But you also draw??? I also like arty things. Just now making a birthday card for a son-in-law. It is only 1 pm here so I still have hours to go...
4pm & nothing has passed my lips other than drinks...so things are looking good! As well they need to, because this is only my first fast of the week.....yikes!!
Might throw a back to back tomorrow but will see how I feel when tomorrow comes. Keep the faith all xx
As for food, I've bean very good and have saved myself up for my M&S chicken with cheese sauce and smoked ham. I really can't wait now because I am feeling rather weak and wobbly...but I will hold out for as long as I can.
How has everyone else's fast gone today? Good I hope.
Tomorrow I will be back to 16:8. I'm in the zone at the moment. Not long how long it will last but I'm in the zone!!
One slice of Victoria sponge from a great London baker for me under birthday duress - at 3.30pm - no idea of cals would have preferred refreshing veg and protein but that is now for tomorrow
