I'm fasting today, with low calorie vegetable soup for lunch and a vegetable curry with slim rice and quorn for dinner.
Who's joining me?
I am joining you, Sian. I've been doing my Advent fasting since last Sunday. Yesterday I noticed how I began going to the toilet more often to pee. Usually a sign that things are beginning to move! :lol: So far I have lost 700 grams. :smile: . Today I am having a small yogurt and berries at three for afternoon tea. And then scrambled eggs on low carb bread, for supper, at 6 pm.
Hope your fasting day goes OK. We finally have more snow here again :grin: .
I did fast but was too busy to log on. Three coffees during the day, with a splash of milk. Fresh salmon with broccoli and small amount of pesto spaghetti for dinner. With a glass of wine, I gave in, as it went so well with the seafood.
I'm pseudo fasting today! I'm going out for dinner, so I'm going to try not to eat anything all day. I do have a soup though and a banana with me, just in case!
I'm in today, had my broth and will have first real food in a bit. It's funny, I notice more mental reluctance to fast lately, but if I just don't think about it--write my little declaration in my log book, that it's a light day--and just DO IT, I'm fine. :shock:
I'm joining you today after not being here a long time! I decided to save up all my calories for one meal and just finished it! A kipper with some sweet potato and cucumber salad. Delicious. Now it is herbal tea to get me through the evening. I have been following a paleo diet(pescatarian) for about 8 months now and feel really good. I wanted to incorporate the intermittent fasting again as I liked the discipline it offered me in the past. Good luck to all starting today or re-starting!
