Am I really the first!
I am fasting in Edinburgh! Today I am viewing 11 offices in the city - so that's a fair bit of walking. Cup of tea and I'll pick up a bottle of sparkling water en route. Dinner ........ salad from M&S or something like.
Good luck fasters :clover:
Hi @Lizbean
I'm with you today, although I am almost at the end of my day. Just some steamed veg for lunch, and the some chicken with veg this evening.
Lovely Edinburgh ! I have just picked up the latest Rebus novel for my weekend reading.
Happy Fasting, for tomorrow is another eating day.
Sorry, forgot to check in to say yes, I am in. My day 'off' so went to the gym, then long, steady walk on the beach, then a serious clean/tidy up of my daughter's room. It's hot and humid weather today so plenty of water to fill myself up. Had a poached egg for lunch with blueberries and tiny piece of red meat and a large Greek salad (with little feta, olives, oil but enormous bowl of green leaves) for dinner. I won't make it a late night.
I am fasting today, and unlike for the Aussies, it is only just afternoon here ( in Finland). I will not tell you guys what I weigh now, but I tell you so much that I am enjoying eating fairly normally now. Only 2 more Thursday fasts to go before I can start my Lenten fasting. Yea, Easter is kinda early this year. I am really looking forward to my Lenten fasting, and really, really needing the weight loss. Also unlike Australia, it has been very cold here. Unusual temperatures below - 20 Centigrade Celsius. According to a converter App I have -20 is only -4 Fahrenheit. Is that right? Anyway, it is jolly cold and I am glad for my extra padding
Hope the weather will get milder next month.
Good luck to all other fasters today! :clover:
I'm fasting today and currently enjoying a bowl of homemade soup with some Slim Rice. Dinner will be a small portion of Chicken casserole and a big portion of green Veg. :clover:
I'm in today. I wasn't sure whether I would be, or not, when I got up this morning because yesterday ended up being a very 'light' day and I didn't really feel like fasting. However, having made it through to 2pm on nothing but black tea, I think that I may as well continue until an early dinner of home-made chicken casserole with lots of veggies!
Good luck to anyone fasting today. Onwards and downwards!
I'm in today. Second fast with a chest cold. Don't feel much like eating anyway. Happy fasting!!
I'm in today as usual, just finishing my green tea and will do the usual... had a very nice stir fry Tuesday (sub light day) night, may do that one again. Eh, going into the kitchen (unfortunately, can't really avoid all day, cats eat 4x a day per the vet) to hardboil some eggs, one of my light day faves!
Just passed midnight here in the UK.
18,000 steps is a good tread for my work day, I'm done in. Visiting my 90 yr old Mum en rout to London, tomorrow.
Well done you fasters.
Liz  :clover:
