I'm having one of my infrequent spur-of-the-moment fasts, just felt right this morning. I've had a little almond/hazelnut milk in my coffee and a cup soup, but otherwise have just had water.

Doing a pilates class at lunchtime was fine, but may eat a bit more "normally" in the evening if I go for a run this afternoon (making the most of the daylight before the clocks go back).

Good luck to anyone else joining me today. :clover: :like:
Hi! I'm sort of fasting today. I haven't eaten yet and went for a walk instead of lunch. I will have a banana this afternoon. Tonight I'm going to Trivia Night though and will be having one beer and some pizza (since those are really the only options!) I'm hoping perhaps there will be some salad too. Hopefully, but fasting most of the day, it won't have too negative an impact!
