Well I'm easing my way back into the program. I'm fasting until lunch, and then having just one sushi roll (hopefully won't give in and order a second) at a place that uses as little rice as possible -- meeting a friend I haven't seen in a couple of weeks. Tonight is a big salad with chicken and mint, parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, greens, light feta cheese and dressing. I'm thinking fattoush without the bread.
I had a great day Thursday and lasted 24 hours between meals for a second time without much trouble. I really enjoy the one larger meal at dinner rather than two smaller meals even though it can sometimes seem like a long wait.

Looks like my plummeting initial loss is starting to slow down as expected.

Good news is I just thought, "Was that fast number 8 or fast number 10?" I am still not sure. I think ten. Whatever it is, it means I've stopped counting. That's a good sign that I am back into this as a WOL. Yay.
Congratulations! That's fantastic! I agree that no longer remembering which fast it is is a great sign. :-)
