I plan to wait as long as possible to eat. I have a chicken breast to grill tonight and lots of lovely salad veggies, along with some nice feta. I'm on my second espresso for the day.
The scales were kind and I'm still showing 205, which is sadly an improvement over where I had been hovering since I got back from Paris in *April* But I now have hope that i might actually make my goal of 180 by the end of summer. I would be very pleased with myself if I make that.
