Hi Thursday fasters

Coming to the end of my day - beautiful early autumn/fall evening here. Poached eggs and salad for dinner. I fasted on Tuesday also this week, and yesterday was a pretty light day too, so if I make it through this evening without snacking then it will have been a good week. To bed early I think!

It's only a day - I can have it tomorrow :clover:
I am also fasting today. My Lenten window. Yesterday's fast went really well and I lost a kilo!!! Funny thing is, that when I maintenance fasted during my fat days I hardly lost much weight at all! How does my body know what I am doing??? Today is my second Lenten fast day and still going strong
Fasting today as well, but my day only started!
I meant to fast today. I really did. But I've already had about 450 calories and it's a few hours until dinner, and many more before bed >.<
