Last fast for April, lets make a good one
Joining in today.
All the first stage move is done, everything packed and away in the container. We're in a hotel apartment until we go next week, so some sense of normality has returned. Coffee, water all day and then poached eggs for tea.
Have a good one @Wineoclock and anyone else joining in
:clover:
Maybe its just you and me today @Janeg. 3.15 here and I'm about to head home from work. Think I will have a cuppa soup and a sit down when I get there. Not sure what to do with the chicken I have for dinner, might just do Burrittos.
Could be @Wineoclock It's still early in The UK though, and dark o'clock in America.
Think the DODO is Mon, Wed and Fri this week. Ach, well, we'll get through it.
Off to the gym next, I think, as I have been very lax/rather otherwise occupied over the last few days. ;)
Burritos? Is that like fajitas, but without the bread bit? Or is it just stir fry in another accent?
Just like fajitas @Janeg and with the bread. Not a normal choice for a fast day but I've been on my feet all day and they are a quick meal.
I'm in today. Hopefully will do better than Monday which became a lower calorie day instead. Although my Nanna has already told me she has got me some sausage rolls for later but I will try blinking hard to resist.
I have been fasting today - just had a very busy day and no chance to check the forum until now. Have made chicken and vegetable soup for dinner but have to wait for it to cook!! Hope everyone's day has gone okay - good luck to those who will be fasting! :clover:

Hope the rest of the move goes well @janeg, @Brand-ie, save those no doubt delicious sausage rolls for tomorrow! and @Wineoclock, how's the weather??
I'm in today. Normal Mon/Thursday has resumed having DODO'd over the last week. Weigh in tomorrow  Think I'll join Janeg and have poached eggs with spinach this eve.

Happy fastday everyone
I am also Thursday fasting today. Did not fast AT ALL last week, because of unusual visitor. It felt really weird not to be fasting. I had to have breakfast with them every day and supper, lunch was very light. It was my cousin and we had a fabulous week together.
I am 1KG 300 g over my 'goal weight'. Dying to know whether this fast will bring me within the 1 kg range. Tomorrow morning will show. It is May Day Eve, which is very big here in Scandinavia. I am having egg salad in lieu of potato salad tonight. Keeping off the goodies until May Day tomorrow. Feeling cold and quite miserable and it is nearly time for our afternoon forest walk. After that I can have my cup of tea with some milk. Fasting doesn't feel so good, but I feel so good after I have fasted. So I try to think about that! Fasting agrees with my system - tomorrow!!! Happy MAY DAY everyone
On a normal fast day I have a small lunch, and a slightly bigger evening meal, but today is my first attempt of not eating until 6:30pm. So far, so good - I've got tea cooking in a slow cooker so hopefully I won't be tempted to make unnecessary trips to the kitchen when I get home, and I haven't let myself out of the office at lunch time, so I don't have much choice other than to fill up on water. I've got some emergency snack-a-jacks in my drawer in case I do need something, but I'm giving it my best shot.

I usually fast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and this Tues was a pretty big fail (the first day signed up to this forum as well - not the best start!) We had some rhubarb in the fridge from my mother-in-law-to-be's allotment which couldn't be ignored any longer and got turned into crumble. I can't resist rhubarb crumble, so I succumbed to what was my biggest fast-day indulgence to date (I even had a bit of ice cream with it). So today I have new found determination to succeed!

@Wineoclock - I'm intrigued by your burritos - I LOVE burritos, and it would be brilliant to have a fast day version of them. How many calories are yours?
Fasting today. This is my second fast. I fasted on Tuesday to minor success (consumerd 800 calories). I kinda prepared myself for today. Got a Miso soup packet for lunch alongside a big salad of spinach, celery and red wine vinegar. Very filling. :-)

I totally over indulged yesterday (2 brownies, whipped cream, a bottle of pinot noir and 2 beers). I almost was going to not fast today as I am severely hungover, but the fasting is actually making me feel better, I think I would feel much worse if I had eaten a heavy greasy hangover breakfast!

I didn't plan very well for dinner so we'll see how it goes, but happy that as of 1:12pm I am still staying the course. :-)
@Sassy1 the weather was ok yesterday but it's raining this morning - again.
@IlexAquifolium I just made normal burritos, I'm hoping I didn't go too much over in calories but I was too tired to care yesterday
