Here goes. After a very hard fast on Monday, I'm back. Working today so it should be easier. I think on Monday I didn't have enough structure in my day and just hung around the house, unmotivated, thinking about food.

Disappointing weigh in today, up to 72.8. My highest weight since I started daily weighing on the 8th of October was 72.9, but I've been as low as 70.5 and have mostly hovered around the 71s. Not to worry. It's just a blip. But perhaps my body has gone into famine mode, doesn't want to lose weight, doesn't want to fast, obsessing about food all the time. This too will pass.
Maybe time to mix things up Sallyo? Trick yr body out of famine mode
I know youre in fast and repair mode Thursday..maybe have a few goodies post fast to reassure your body it doesnt need to hold on? X
