Im in today. Must be time for some more water ! :)
Good morning, I'm fasting today - good luck everyone . :clover:

@Sallyo, here is a huge warm hug coming your way right now  Thinking of you x
@Sallyo I hope you feel better today.
I'm in today I am having a salad at lunch time because it's parents evening at the school later so dinner will be late. Off for a walk soon. Didn't go jogging yesterday did some of Miranda's maracattack instead. The core strengthing exercises were a killer.
Ooh - is Maracattack good @Brand-ie?

I must confess, I bought some maracas a good few months ago....in preparation....but haven't even switched the DVD on, apart from watching it the first time!

It appeals to my sense of humour because I love Miranda...& will be such a bonus if it is an effective workout too!

I'm fasting today already have my menu planned so its just a case of sticking to it :like: Iv'e been having a bit of indigestion recently and have felt a bit bloated so i'll be glad to have a light day, i'll see how i feel later i suspect i'm eating something thats not agreeing with me.
@Hazelnut20 It is very good. I did bum legs and tums ( Tom Ellis does that one :like: ) The areobic 20 minutes and the core strengh workout yesterday and it was good fun.
*slopes off *
Communal lunch is from the very good chip shop and it's so good, I've decided to have something. It means not going home at lunchtime to shred so a rearrangement is required.
I will have my lunch and enjoy it. May need something later too but we'll see.
Beloved is also indulging.
We will shred when we go home and do it later (mid/late) morning tomorrow ) as we're working the weekend too.
And I'll go for a semi fast/light day tomorrow which will be easy as we're working from 3pm until whenever,
Sorted
and not in the slightest bit guilty
love it!
I have had a very busy day, but good. Fasting went easily and I did my 10,000 steps. i parked the car some distance from work, took the red racer shopping trolley and after work I walked about from shop to shop doing shopping, and back to the car. I am now on 11,057. My UK magazine: 500 Calorie Diet- complete with meal plans, which i ordered on line after reading about it here, has arrived in the post. 116 recipes for 2 day diet days - it says. ( Snack ideas, Calorie lists, Tricks to make losing weight even easier - From the makers of Woman Magazine) I look forward to trying it out. Such a thrill to receive something in the post from the other side of the world!
I meant to say, thank you for all the lovely hugs and care. It is lovely to feel looked after like this.
Well I haven't been on here for a while, but glad to see the site is improving again (except for the yellow, so harsh on the eyes). @sallyo hope your day got better, and @chichi13 I hope I don't have to send that fish to you. I am halfway through the day and it's been a breeze. Monday's fast left me feeling rough the next day, which is unusual, must have been some rubbish eaten over the weekend! But today am feeling great, lots of water and black coffee everytime the rumbles begin, seems to do the trick. Good luck. X
I think I overdid the core strengthening yesterday. No pain no gain as they say.

No wet fish required at the moment, hopefully I won't need it now as still going strong.... About an hour til my salmon and broccoli :-)
Today's my fast day, still early here in Western U.S. (10am). Not an auspicious start to the day--managed to flip my chair reaching for the lamp and ended in an undignified heap (bruised but OK). Then tried to post a long one to a newbie, and somehow it just went away. So I'm trying to regroup and have a better attitude. Had my coffee, tea is next. Food hours away, but that's OK so far.
In yo' face TOTM naughtiness :victory: I am done :like: phew
I am in today and thank goodness it is almost over. I have been over indulging because my daughter is here which is really stupid of me, she doesn't have a sweet tooth but I still feel that because I am celebrating her being here I deserve a cake or two. Why does our subcontious make such a fool of us? . Grrrrrrrr
