Fasting Today, Thursday, 6 July
06 Jul 2017, 13:58
I was seriously planning on fasting today.

Problem is, I've been reading posts here on and off for two hours and now I'm super hungry >.<

this tea isn't cutting it either.

I may allow myself to eat more calories today, but restrict carbs down to 40ish instead of 60.
Hope you managed the day okay then @Tracieknits!

Looking at recipes is a disaster!! The only time I do is when I am at the hairdressers looking at the women's mags - every recipe is so mouth watering! Of course, the first half of the mag is focused on being slim (skinny) etc etc, and the second half is filled with food.... :curse:
well I didn't worry about the calories, I focused on the carbs. I logged a bit over 1200 calories, and 49 carbs and I'm headed to bed. So not horrible, and I am below the 60g my doctor suggested. But not really a fast day.
