Yes, I know; we are all sad about the apparent imminent demise of this forum. But that's no excuse not to share now! Just after 10am here, but I imagine many of you are already home for dinner, or even in bed. Had my black coffee... Have been having some issues with late night cravings on light days. Thinking that perhaps I might try eating a little earlier, just to see what happens. I've been a big fan of establishing a habit and sticking with it, but maybe it's time to experiment, just a bit. Missing the fresh peaches (any now are icky and hard). But I did get some blackberries (to go with my Icelandic style yogurt, yum) for later. I got tired of broccoli, but it might be time to revisit that. Well, back to work.
I fasted on Thursday but didn't have time to post. I am trying to 'bank' a few pounds before I go off on my cruise in a couple of weeks time. I am now at my maintenance weight of 147 pounds, having lost five pounds, and would like to go a little lower - although experience tells me that it will be a struggle to manage that! :cry:

Well done to you, @ferrretgal, for sticking it out on your own and sorry for not joining you online yesterday! :frown:
