Oh boy i was unprepared this morning. I woke up early to head into the office to do some work on my own renovation before I started. But no office keys.
So I planned on going to a cafe, having a nice breakfast and coffee whilst I worked. Then I realised it was Thursday, my Fastday!

So I was rather dissapointed when I drove past the cafe, parked and worked in my car until someone opened up. Then had a black coffee. :frown:

Otherwise just black coffee / and tea for me. Plus had a cup of chicken stock (OXO Cube style) for some flavour.
Tonight I will try and eat sensibly ( and ignore the beautiful slice of blue cheese in the fridge) and hopefully go for a run too.

Good luck to all the other fasters! Hope you mentally prepared better then I did
Thank you from the other side of the world, for starting this page. I come from -Finland and it is kinda the other side of the globe from Brisbane. I guess you're having Spring and all. We have gray Autumn skies here. It has been black tea for me so far. Dinner tonight. I too try not to over eat.
