So I planned on going to a cafe, having a nice breakfast and coffee whilst I worked. Then I realised it was Thursday, my Fastday!
So I was rather dissapointed when I drove past the cafe, parked and worked in my car until someone opened up. Then had a black coffee.
Otherwise just black coffee / and tea for me. Plus had a cup of chicken stock (OXO Cube style) for some flavour.
Tonight I will try and eat sensibly ( and ignore the beautiful slice of blue cheese in the fridge) and hopefully go for a run too.
