I'm in today!

Sorry I was MIA - Bruce got home after three back to back trips and lucky for me, he brought germs with him. So I've been battling a cold. I haven't been eating terribly but I haven't been particularly vigilant either, nor have I even tried to have a light day.

I'm planning on one today, I think. Or at least a very short eating window. I only have a month until my next trip and I'd love to drop a few more pounds before then.
Hi @Tracieknits

It's not nice not feeling/being well, is it, but sounds like you are a bit better now? Wishing you (and Bruce) a speedy full recovery.

I also think you were sensible not to have a light day while ill - better to nourish your body, even if it meant eating a few more carbs (assuming that is what you did). That may have been what your body needed.

Anyway, best wishes for whatever vigilance you want over the next few weeks!! :clover:
